1. Shipping and delivery

At Gout Spain we promise to send the products as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 5 business days from receipt of the order and its corresponding payment.

Shipping costs will be paid by the customer and will be indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times will be indicated on the Website and may vary depending on the delivery area.

2. Geographic scope

Gout Spain products are only shipped to addresses within Spanish territory, including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

3. Shipping method

The shipping method will depend on the type of product and the delivery area. In general, courier and parcel services with tracking and hand delivery will be used.

4. Shipping address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of ordering is correct and complete. In case the address is incorrect or incomplete, Gout Spain will not be responsible for delays or loss of shipment.

5. Shipment receipt

6. Shipping Damage

In the event that the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, the customer must notify Gout Spain within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the shipment, providing photographs of the condition of the product and packaging.

7. Returns due to shipping problems
