Terms and conditions of sale
1. Object and scope of application
These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "Terms and Conditions") govern the relationship between the customer (hereinafter, "Customer") and Gout Spain (hereinafter, "Gout Spain") in relation to the purchase of products on the website https://www.goutspain.es/ (hereinafter, "Website").
The placing of an order through the Website implies the express, full and unreserved acceptance by the Client of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Prices and payments
The prices of the products are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be indicated at the time of ordering.
Payment will be made at the time of placing the order through the payment methods offered on the Website.
3. Shipping and delivery
Gout Spain will send the products to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order. Delivery times will be indicated on the Website.
The Client is responsible for checking that the data provided for the shipment is correct and for informing Gout Spain of any error or change in said data.
4. Returns and cancellations
The Customer may cancel or return an order within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
The Customer must communicate the intention to cancel or return the order through the customer service email provided on the Website.
Gout Spain will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the notification of cancellation or return.
5. Responsibility and guarantees
Gout Spain guarantees the conformity of the products with the specifications indicated on the Website and is responsible for any manufacturing defect that the product may present.
6. Data protection
Gout Spain complies with the Spanish regulations for the protection of personal data and undertakes to treat the Client's data confidentially and to use it only for the fulfillment of the contract.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise from compliance or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise from compliance or interpretation thereof will be submitted to the courts of the city of Girona.
